Technology consultations are based on phone and/or web enabled conferencing software.
Fee – $150.00 per consultative hour
Onsite visits are available if requested and agreed to in advance. Hourly fee applies to both travel/consultative time in addition to reimbursement of reasonable travel expenses.
ANNUAL RETAINER TECHNOLOGY CONSULTATIVE SERVICES
Annual Retainers Contracts with discounted consultative hours are provided for those agencies looking to improve their usage of insurance technology on an ongoing basis thus helping to increase efficiencies and profits. All retainer contracts are for a 12-month period and renewable at the end of the term.
Technology consultations are based on phone and/or web enabled conferencing software. Support Level’s 2 and 3 provide for the agency to substitute onsite consultations in lieu of a phone/web enabled consultation and travel expenses are additional.
Level 1 – 3 hours of phone consultation per month
Fee: $300 per month
Level 2 – 6 hours of consultation per month with option to replace phone consultation quarterly for a 6 hour onsite session. Reasonable travel expenses apply in addition to monthly retainer fee.
Fee: $600 per month
Level 3 – 10 hours of consultation per month with option to replace phone consultation for 1 full day onsite session. Reasonable travel expenses apply in addition to monthly retainer fee.
Fee: $1000 per month

George Robertson has over 25 years of experience in the insurance and technology industry, with 12 of those as a fellow independent agency owner.
